Flying Bulls

The Flying Bulls are a private fleet of aircraft stationed in Salzburg and owned by the Austrian entrepreneur, billionaire and aircraft enthusiast Dietrich Mateschitz .

The aircraft housed in Hangar-7 specially built for them include a Douglas DC-6 B, which once belonged to the Yugoslav President Tito , as well as a Pilatus PC-6 , some (4 + 2 standing models + 1 simulator) demilitarized Alpha Jets , which are used at many air shows with spectacular aerobatics , and four helicopters . This also included the only civilly registered American attack helicopter of the type Bell TAH-1F Cobra , the training version of the AH-1 attack helicopter. At Ezell Aviation in Texas, a Lockheed P-38L Lightning was restored to an airworthy condition. Its first flight after the reconstruction took place on June 2, 2008.
