Foa is one of six districts of Ha'apai - atoll in the Kingdom of Tonga in the Pacific .
geography
The district covers most of the island of the same name. To the north, the Ha'ano district joins the next island . In the south, the district of Lifuka ( Pangai ) begins at the southern end of the island .
