Folkmar Koenigs
Folkmar Koenigs (born June 12, 1916 in Düsseldorf ; † May 9, 2009 ) was a German lawyer .
Life
Koenigs was the son of Gustav Koenigs , also a lawyer and from 1931 to 1940 State Secretary in the Reich Ministry of Transport . After receiving his doctorate on December 22, 1938 at the University of Innsbruck as Dr. iur. and his habilitation in 1956 in Hamburg , he taught from 1957 to 1960 as a private lecturer for civil law, commercial law and labor law at the University of Hamburg and from 1964 to 1981 as professor for commercial and business law at the TU Berlin .
