State and law research
The research on state and law is an Austrian legal series . They were founded in 1965 by Günther Winkler and edited up to volume 140 in collaboration with Walter Antoniolli . From volume 141, the editor is Bernhard Raschauer in collaboration with Günther Winkler. Christoph Grabenwarter took the place of Walter Antoniolli .
The series is the publication of studies in the fields of constitutional law , the administrative law , of international law , the European law , the Constitutional Law , the General State and jurisprudence and legal philosophy . One focus is the studies on the theory and method of law in the critical discourse on the pure legal theory of the Vienna School according to Hans Kelsen .
