The Foura ( Mota Foura ) is a river in the municipalities of Bobonaro and Cova Lima ( East Timor ) that carries water year round.

The Foura rises in Suco Deudet (Bobonaro municipality) and initially flows eastwards. After turning south, the river forms the border with the Suco Lupal until it crosses into the municipality of Cova Lima and follows the border between the Sucos Labarai and Beco , before disappearing into the marshland near the Timor Sea coast . Here the river repeatedly causes floods.
