history
The historicist former Kurvilla was built in 1873 by the architect B. Geiling. The property is originally a two-storey and now three-storey sandstone block building with a hipped roof and sandstone structure. The cautiously classifying villa belongs to the landscape-related red sandstone construction. In 1896 the villa was increased by one storey to the current three storeys.
The villa - both also built by the architect Geiling - includes an outbuilding from 1885 and a rear building with a mansard roof from 1906.
The front garden enclosure, which was created around 1905, consists of embossed pillars with Art Nouveau grids made of cast iron .
