Spring Street 5 in Bad Kissingen

The spring road 5 property in Bad Kissingen , the major district town of the Lower Franconian district of Bad Kissingen , is one of the Bad Kissingen architectural monuments and is registered in the Bavarian list of monuments under the number D-6-72-114-289 .

history

The historic tenement house was built in 1902 by the Bad Kissingen architect Carl Krampf . The property is a three-storey clinker brick building with an embossed base and mansard roof , with bay windows , curved gables and sandstone structure . Due to the acute-angled corner location of the house, the dominant corner front is a residual area. The impression wedged between the ornamental gables was softened in the original condition of the house, when it still had a tower top and instead of today's iron balconies a covered, wooden loggia porch.

The tenement house is identical to the property at Bad Kissinger Von-der-Tann-Strasse 13.
