François Borel (politician)
François Borel (born December 1, 1948 in Neuchâtel , resident in Neuchâtel and Couvet ) is a Swiss politician ( SP ).
Borel had a seat on the Grand Council of the Canton of Neuchâtel from 1973 to 1984 . On June 1, 1981, he was elected to the National Council and sat on several commissions. He has been Consul General since April 1995 . He ran in the general election in 1999, but was not re-elected and therefore left the Grand Chamber on December 5, 1999.
The teacher is married and has two children.
