Frances Silva (born November 11, 1992 in Venezuela ) is a former American football player .

Career

society

During her studies at West Virginia University , Silva played for the West Virginia Mountaineers university team from 2010 to 2013 . In January 2014, it was the college draft of NWSL in the third round at position 19 of the franchise of the FC Kansas City contracted and debuted there on April 19, 2014 game against the Washington Spirit . Her first goal in the NWSL was Silva on May 3, 2014 against the Houston Dash . In 2014 and 2015 she won the NWSL championship with FC Kansas City. In November 2016, Silva ended her career as a soccer player for professional reasons.

National team

Silva was appointed to the US U-23 team for the first time in March 2014 for the six-nation tournament in La Manga and played two games during the tournament, scoring one goal.
