Francis De Greef (born February 2, 1985 in Rumst ) is a former Belgian cyclist .

Francis De Greef began his international career in 2005 with the Belgian Continental Team Bodysol-Win for Life-Jong Vlaanderen . In his first year there he won the one-day race Flèche Ardennaise . In the 2007 season, De Greef won the overall ranking of the Volta a Lleida and was Belgian U23 champion in the individual time trial .

For the 2008 season De Greef switched to the ProTeam Silence-Lotto and contested his first Grand Tour with the Giro d'Italia , which he finished in 40th overall. He developed into a specialist for the three-week stage races and finished the Giro d'Italia in 2009 as 17th, 2010 as 21st, 2011 as 23rd, 2012 as 19th and 2013 as 21st and the Vuelta a España 2009 as 21st.

In the last two years of his career, 2014 and 2015, De Greef drove for the Professional Continental Team Wanty-Groupe Gobert .
