Francisco Ricardo Aguirre (born September 1, 1977 in Buenos Aires , Argentina ) is an Argentine football player who is currently under contract with FC Naters .

Career

He began his career in 1997 at Club Atlético Banfield ( CA Banfield ) in the Primera División in Argentina. From 1999 to 2000 he played with Brown de Adrougé in the second highest Argentine league. After a year in the fourth Argentine league, he moved again in 2001 to the second highest Argentine league. 2002 Aguirre started abroad career: He was the Swiss football club FC Chiasso committed in the National League B played. After a season he moved to within the Challenge League at Yverdon-Sport FC , where he had some teething problems. When Yverdon was promoted to the Axpo Super League , his big time came. He scored 13 goals in the first half of the 2005/2006 season. During the winter break, he moved to Al-Arabi , a football club in Qatar . In the summer he switched to FC St. Gallen for the 2006/2007 season , which was already interested in a commitment earlier. For the 2008/2009 season he signed a contract with Omonia Nicosia . He left this club in 2010 and went to the Cypriot club Aris Limassol . He stayed there only for a short time, from January to June 2010, and then moved to FC Locarno , which he left again in 2011, and moved to FC Mendrisio-Stabio . Since 2012 Aguirre has been playing for the Swiss club FC Naters under the player number 9.
