Francisco Gil Castelo Branco (born September 18, 1886 in Rio de Janeiro , † July 1, 1956 ) was a Brazilian marshal .

Life

Castelo Branco completed an officer training in the army ( Exército Brasileiro ) of the armed forces (Forças Armadas do Brasil) and subsequently found various uses as an officer and staff officer.
