Francisco Javier Sandomingo Núñez

Francisco Javier Sandomingo Núñez (born January 25, 1954 in A Coruña ) is a Spanish diplomat .

Life

Francisco Javier Sandomingo Núñez studied law and joined the foreign service in 1980. He was employed at the diplomatic missions in Costa Rica , Mexico , Thailand and Cuba . In the Ministry of Foreign Affairs he was sub-department head of the Eastern Europe department . He was Consul General in Hong Kong . On June 22, 2001, he was appointed ambassador to Harare , Zimbabwe . On November 2, 2001 he was appointed ambassador to the governments in Lilongwe , Malawi and on September 20, 2002 to the government in Lusaka , Zambia , based in Harare . From 2004 to 2008 he headed the Ibero America department in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
