Frank Bogisch (born May 5, 1956 in Wittenberge ) is a German engineer, entrepreneur and politician ( SPD ).

Life

Frank Bogisch is the son of the historian and former LDPD employee Manfred Bogisch . After graduating from high school, he completed an apprenticeship as a chemical technician and studied to become an engineer for leather production and processing. He then worked as a shift supervisor and technologist at VEB Lackfabrik Berlin. From 1987 to March 1990 he was an exhibition designer at the Academy of the Arts in the GDR . Bogisch has been active in the wind energy sector since 2000 .

politics

Bogisch was a co-founder of the SDP in November 1989 . In March 1990 he was elected to the People's Chamber for the SPD in the Halle constituency. In October 1990 he was one of the 144 MPs sent to the Bundestag by the People's Chamber . He was a member of the Bundestag until December 1990. Later he was a board member of the Gustav Heinemann Initiative .
