Frank Hennecke

Frank Jürgen Werner Hennecke (* 1943 ) is a German lawyer , ministerial official and author .

Life

Hennecke attended the Theodor-Heuss-Gymnasium in Ludwigshafen am Rhein , where he passed the Abitur in 1962 . He then studied law at the University of Heidelberg and passed the second state examination in 1971. In the same year he did his doctorate under Ernst-Wolfgang Böckenförde . From 1971 to 2008 he worked for the state government of Rhineland-Palatinate in Mainz , most recently as senior ministerial advisor . He worked as a lecturer at the University of Konstanz , the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz , the University of Trier , the Technical University of Kaiserslautern and at the German University of Administrative Sciences Speyer .

Hennecke presented numerous publications on constitutional, school, environmental and labor law. As deputy chairman of the support group Lebendige Antike in Ludwigshafen, he edited numerous publications in the support group's series on cultural-historical topics. In 2017 his pamphlet on the topic of broadcasting fees was published under the title Der Zwangsrundfunk or Why the new broadcasting tax is illegal and unconstitutional , which had 6 editions within one year.
