Frank Mindermann (born November 14, 1968 in Bremen ) is a former German politician ( CDU ). From 2008 to 2011 he was a member of the Lower Saxony state parliament .

Life

After graduating from secondary school in 1985, Mindermann completed an apprenticeship as a banker at the Sparkasse in Bremen , which he completed in 1988. Then he did his military service. Then he was employed again at the Sparkasse, where he worked as a customer advisor until he moved into the Lower Saxony state parliament in 2008.

From 2012 to 2015 Frank Mindermann was the successor to Stephan Siemer on the board of Kruse + Sohn Maschinenbau und Anlagentechnik AG. From 2012 to 2015 he was a member of the board of Siemer Unternehmensbeteiligung AG alongside Stephan Siemer . From 2012 to 2015 he was also the managing director of Förster Metallbau Wardenburg GmbH and authorized signatory of A. Siemer - Entsorgungs GmbH . From 2014 to 2015 he was also managing director of FFS GmbH.

Mindermann has been working as a personnel consultant since 2015, initially at AVPM GmbH & Co. KG, and since 2016 in his own company, Nordwest Personalberater in Vechta.

politics

Mindermann joined the CDU in 1995 and became a member of the Stuhr CDU community association in the same year . A year later he became treasurer on the board. In 2006 he became councilor of the Stuhr community and in the 2008 state elections he won a direct mandate in the district 41 Syke for the state parliament of Lower Saxony. Mindermann is deputy chairman of the Altes Spritzenhaus association in Stuhr and a member of the association assembly of the Stuhr / Weyhe wastewater association.

On December 9, 2011, Mindermann announced that he would resign from his mandate because of conversations with a minor on Facebook that had become public . In January 2012 he left the state parliament; Regina Seeringer moved up for him .
