Career

Posch was an amateur player at VfB Stuttgart at the beginning of his career . In the Bundesliga season 1996/97 he came to four more first division games, where he was in the duels against TSV 1860 Munich and Bayer 04 Leverkusen in the starting line-up. In the following season he still belonged to the first division squad, but did not come to any further assignments for the licensed team of Swabians. In 2003 he moved from VfB's second team to SV Bonlanden .

In 2006 Posch went to Iceland. His first stop was Fram Reykjavík from the state capital. With the second division, he reached first place in the league and thus the rise of the multiple national champion in the Landsbankadeild . However, he left the club and went to league rivals UMF Stjarnan to run for another year in the second class 1st deild . In 2008 he ended his career with the Icelandic fourth division club KFG .

He has been an assistant trainer at VfL Kirchheim / Teck since 2015 .
