Frank Richard Spencer (born June 10, 1951 in Sylacauga ) is auxiliary bishop in the US military ordinariate .
Life
Frank Richard Spencer was ordained a priest on May 14, 1988 .
Pope Benedict XVI appointed him on May 22, 2010 auxiliary bishop in the US military ordinariate and titular bishop of Auzia . The United States Military Archbishop Timothy Paul Andrew Broglio ordained him bishop on September 8 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were Edwin Frederick O'Brien , Archbishop of Baltimore , and Donald William Wuerl , Archbishop of Washington .
