Frank Williges
Frank Williges (born July 28, 1962 in Kassel ) is a Hessian politician ( CDU ) and was a member of the Hessian state parliament from April 5, 2003 to April 2008.
education and profession
After graduating from high school in 1982, Frank Williges took over his father's flooring and decoration workshop in Helsa . Since June 2008 he has been a publicly appointed and sworn expert for the flooring trade. He has also been the owner of the associated online shop Raumtraum-Dekoshop since 2003.
Frank Williges is married to Heike Williges and has three children.
politics
Has been a willing member of the CDU since 1984 and has been CDU district chairman in Kassel-Land since April 2009 and chairman of the CDU district parliamentary group in Kassel since 2011.
In terms of local politics, Frank Williges has been a member of the Helsa municipal council from 1985 to 1997 and since 2001, and has been a member of the Kassel district council since 1993.
Frank Williges was a member of the Hessian state parliament from April 5, 2003 to April 2008, where he was a member of the Committee on Environment, Rural Areas and Consumer Protection, the Committee on Economy and Transport, the Budget Committee and the Subcommittee on Financial Controlling and Administrative Control. He left the state parliament at the beginning of the 17th legislative period in April 2008.
