Franz Anton Donat Heusslein from Eußenheim

Franz Anton Donat Baron Heusslein von Eußenheim (born January 13, 1742 in Kissingen , † September 25, 1805 in Kissingen) was a Franconian lieutenant colonel and chamberlain to the Prince of Würzburg.

Heusslein von Eußenheim comes from the Frankish nobility. He was born as the son of Heinrich Hartmann Ignaz Donat Freiherr Heusslein von Eußenheim and Josephine Veronika Johanna von Münster. Sworn by the nomination of Lothar Franz Wilhelm von Rotenhan and commission from Philipp Anton Christoph von Guttenberg on February 1, 1764 as domicellar at Würzburg Cathedral . But on July 24th of the same year he renounced his capitular position in favor of his younger brother Adam Joseph Maria Valentin Donat Freiherr Heusslein von Eußenheim and embarked on a military career. In 1775 he was a captain in Guttenberg's dragoon regiment and until 1802 he was lieutenant colonel in the now Bubenhofen dragoon regiment as well as chamberlain for the Prince of Würzburg. He died unmarried at the age of 63.
