Franz Bareiter

Franz Bareiter (born January 30, 1903 in Steinheim , Darmstadt administrative district; † June 11, 1985 ) was a Hessian politician ( FDP ) and former member of the Hessian state parliament .

education and profession

After attending elementary school and business school, Franz Bareiter completed a commercial training and was a guest student at the mechanical engineering school for four semesters. He then worked as a commercial clerk until he did military service from 1939 to 1945.

politics

Franz Bareiter, who was not a member of a party before 1945, joined the FDP after the war and was a community representative for it from 1948 to 1952 and a member of the district council from 1950. From 1952 to 1974 he was the city councilor and head of the city council of Steinheim. On January 31, 1968 he was appointed city elder of the city of Steinheim.

From October 14, 1957 to November 30, 1958 he was a member of the Hessian state parliament. For a time he was chief executive of the Hesse regional association of the FDP.

Other offices

Franz Bareiter was an honorary administrative judge.
