Franz Berlin
Franz Berlin (born July 1, 1983 in Stuttgart ) is a German chef.
Career
In 1994, Berlin's parents bought the Krone restaurant in Bad Teinach-Zavelstein , where Franz Berlin has been cooking since 2009. After training in the nearby Bad Hotel Bad Teinach from 1999 , he moved to the Hotel Adler in Häuser in 2002 . In 2004 he went to Jörg Müller on Sylt (two Michelin stars ), in 2007 to the Schlossberg restaurant at Jörg Sackmann's in Baiersbronn (two Michelin stars).
In 2009 he returned to his parents' restaurant Berlin's Krone as head chef . Since 2010 he has been head chef at Berlin's Krone , which has been awarded a Michelin star since 2014.
