Franz Eichhoff

Franz Eichhoff (born July 16, 1875 in Sayn ; † after 1933) was a German lawyer and politician ( DVP ).

Life

After graduating from high school, Eichhoff began studying law, which he completed with the second state examination in law. He joined the Prussian judicial service in 1902 as a court assessor, worked as a district judge in Selters (Westerwald) from October 1907 and was a district judge at the Neuwied district court from October 1913 to December 1917 . In December 1921 he became regional court director at the regional court in Düsseldorf , in October 1924 regional court director at the regional court in Kassel and in September 1926 regional court president at the regional court in Neuruppin . Since December 1, 1933, he was President of the Senate of the Berlin Court of Appeal .

During the time of the Weimar Republic , Eichhoff joined the DVP, for which he was a member of the Prussian state parliament from 1921 to 1932 .
