Franz Friedbichler
Franz Friedbichler (born November 13, 1850 in Dingolfing ; † April 14, 1880 there ) was a German genre and animal painter .
Friedbichler first studied at an art school in Munich with Karl Otto and continued his studies from June 30, 1866 at the Royal Academy of Arts in Munich with Wilhelm von Diez . After studying in Switzerland , he returned to Bavaria for military service in 1870, but was postponed due to illness.
Franz Friedbichler became a successful genre and animal painter. He sold his painting "Horse Market in a Small Town" to London. As the illness progressed, he was unable to carry out further orders from London and Paris. Friedbichler died at the age of 29.
