Franz Heinrich Schröter

Franz Heinrich Schröter (born May 28, 1835 in Birkenfeld in the Rastenburg district ; † 1911 there ) was a lawyer and member of the German Reichstag and the Prussian House of Representatives.

Life

Schröter attended high school in Dessau and studied from 1856 to 1858 at the University of Jena and from 1858 to 1859 at the University of Berlin law . In 1857 he became a member of the Corps Thuringia Jena . In 1859 he joined the judicial service at the city court in Berlin, in 1864 he became a court assessor, in 1867 a district judge in Eberswalde and later a local judge there. From 1877 to 1879 he was a member of the Prussian House of Representatives for Upper and Lower Barnim. He was also a member of the district council for the district of Ober-Barnim and the church council of the St. Johannes parish in Eberswalde, the district synod Eberswalde- Freienwalde , the district synodal committee and the provincial synod of the province of Brandenburg . From 1881 to 1884 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the constituency of Potsdam 5 Oberbarnim and the Liberal Association .
