Franz Josef Huber (politician)

Franz Josef Huber (born May 3, 1894 in Hafenreut near Kaisheim , † May 9, 1955 in Donauwörth ) was a German politician ( SPD ) and a member of the Bavarian state parliament .

Franz Josef Huber completed his Abitur and military service in 1918 . In the same year he joined the SPD. In 1921 he completed his studies in law and political science. Until the beginning of 1945 he worked as a tax and foreign exchange advisor in Berlin and contributed to various tax law journals.

In 1945 Huber was a co-founder of the SPD in Donauwörth. In the first (1946–1950) and second (1950–1954) electoral term he was a member of the Bavarian State Parliament. Among other things, Huber was chairman of the committee for legal and constitutional questions.
