Franz Multerer
Franz Multerer (born June 12, 1864 in Munich ; † March 20, 1920 there ) was a German painter.
Career
Multerer first studied in Munich and then continued his training in Paris at the Académie Julian . There he was a student of L. Doucet and Benjamin-Constant and Gotthardt Kuehl . His work was shown in exhibitions in Paris, in the Glaspalast in Munich (for example the painting Water Chase 1904) and at the anniversary exhibition in Berlin.
In his work he mainly depicts interiors and animal scenes. He was a member of the Munich artists' cooperative .
