Franz Seume
Franz Seume (born May 14, 1903 in Potsdam ; † September 29, 1982 ) was a German politician ( SPD , later CDU ).
Seume was awarded Dr. jur. PhD. From October 15, 1957 to September 22, 1972, he was a member of the German Bundestag for four electoral terms . He was elected via the state list of the SPD parliamentary group in West Berlin . Since March 2, 1972 he was a non-attached member of parliament , and from March 17, 1972 he was a guest of the CDU / CSU parliamentary group.
