Franz Stuschke

Franz Stuschke (born June 5, 1829 in Nieder Hermsdorf ; † September 15, 1880 ) was a German administrative lawyer.

Life

Stuschke studied law from 1850 to 1853 at the Silesian Friedrich Wilhelms University . He was reciprocated in the Corps Borussia Breslau in 1851 and proved himself as a consenior . After the exams he entered the internal administration of the Kingdom of Prussia . In 1861 he was mayor in Glatz . As a member of the Free Conservative Party , he sat in the Prussian House of Representatives from 1871 to 1876 . From the second year in the 11th legislative period (1870–1873) and for the entire 12th legislative period (1873–1876) he represented the constituency of Breslau 8 (Neurode / Glatz / Habelschwerdt).
