Fred MacIsaac
Frederick John MacIsaac (born March 22, 1886 in Cambridge , Massachusetts ; died May 5, 1940 in Los Angeles ) was an American science fiction writer whose novels were sequels in pulp magazines such as Argosy during the interwar period published. In the novel The Hothouse World (1931), which was also translated into German as In the beginning was just chaos , a person awakened from cold sleep finds a ruined earth in 2051 on which the remnants of humanity live under domes.
