Freddy Danilo Ginebra Giudicelli (born February 17, 1944 in Santo Domingo ) is a Dominican cultural manager, writer and journalist.

Ginebra studied law at the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo and then English, journalism, cultural administration and public relations at New York University . At the age of 19 he produced the television program Cita con la Juventud in 1964 . He was president of the Liga Dominicana de Agencias Publicitarias (LIDAP) and founded the Casa de Teatro , a cultural center in Santo Domingo, of which he has been director ever since. In its early days, the center took part in the historical festival 7 días con el pueblo about protest culture, in which Silvio Rodríguez , Mercedes Sosa , Ana Belén , Los Guaraguaos , Cuco Valoy , Sonia Silvestre and Johnny Ventura took part. The French ambassador to the Dominican Republic honored Ginebra as Chevalier des Ordre des Arts et des Lettres . Ginebra wrote the score for Carpinteros .
