Fidel Kuen

Fidel Kuen (* 1803 in Kurzell ; † November 15, 1878 in Lahr ) was a German administrative officer.

Life

Fidel Kuen studied law at the Albert Ludwig University of Freiburg . He became a member of the Corps Rhenania Freiburg and in 1825 of the Corps Alemannia Freiburg. In 1828 he became a legal intern and in 1836 an assessor at the Schwetzingen district office. In 1840 he came as a bailiff for Oberamt Rastatt. In 1841 he was appointed head of the District Office Boxberg and in 1843 of the District Office Müllheim . In 1844 he was promoted to senior bailiff. In 1848 he was appointed head of the Philippsburg district office , but remained in Müllheim . The following year he became the head of the Ladenburg district office , where he retired in 1858.
