Frederik Albert Madsen

Frederik Albert Madsen (born February 16, 1894 in Randers ; † after 1956) was a Danish administrative lawyer and fellow countryman of Greenland .

Frederik Albert Madsen finished his law studies in 1919. Then he was an assistant in the Indenrigsministeriet (Ministry of the Interior). In 1921 he was promoted to secretary and in 1932 to agent. He was also u. a. worked as legal secretary in the Greenland administration and at the Danish Hypotekenbank. He also held church offices. 1930 was interim for Knud Oldendow Landsfoged from South Greenland .

His parents were Mads Madsen († 1938) and Agnes Ragnhild Jensen († 1896). In 1925 he married Karen Kirstine Buhl.

Madsen was a holder of the Dannebrog Order and on April 1, 1954 he was awarded the Knight's Cross of the Icelandic Order of Falcons .
