The free game European championship in 1952 was the fourth tournament in this discipline of carom billiards and took place from December 11th to 15th, 1952 in Marseille . It was the second European Free Game Championship in France.
history
The Belgian Clement van Hassel won the third free game title in a row in the French Mediterranean metropolis of Marseille . It was the second time he had to play in a playoff. He won that with 500: 306 against the Frenchman Jean Galmiche. For the third time in a row, the bronze medal went to Spain.
