Frida Brock-Oley
Frida Brock-Oley (born August 17, 1910 in Konstadt ; † unknown) was a women's functionary and certified teacher in the GDR.
Life
Before 1933, Frida Brock-Oley was a member of the SPD for two years . In 1940 she joined the National Socialist Deutsches Frauenwerk and in February 1946 the KPD . With the forced unification of the KPD and the Eastern SPD , she became a member of the SED .
After 1945 she became SED women's secretary in Herzberg and, from 1947, chairwoman of the DFD district committee in Herzberg. In 1948 she moved to the DFD regional leadership in Saxony-Anhalt and after being replaced by Rose Gerisch from 1950 to 1952 she was in charge of the regional association of women's organizations. In 1950 she completed a six-month course at the state party school. In 1950 she was elected to the state parliament of Saxony-Anhalt and was a member of the presidium. After studying to be a teacher, she worked as a teacher and research assistant at the Marxism-Leninism section of the University of Halle .
