Frido Lehr
Frido Lehr (* 1928 in Sinsheim ) is a sculptor who lives and works in Karlsruhe .
Life
In 1945 Lehr began an apprenticeship as a stonemason at the building works of the Heilig-Geist-Kirche in Heidelberg and then studied at the Free Academy of Arts in Mannheim with Karl Josef Trummer . Frido Lehr has been working as a freelancer since 1949.
Together with his wife, the painter Eva Lehr, née Stubenrauch (1925–2014), he designed numerous church interiors in southern Germany. You can also find his work in public spaces .
