Friederike Schaaf (born September 25, 1993 in Karlsruhe ) is a German soccer player.

Career

The defender Schaaf played in youth teams at TuS Grün-Weiß Pödinghausen and SC Enger . For the 2009/10 season, she moved to the B-Juniors of Herford SV, with whom she played in the Regionalliga and reached the final of the German football championship of the B-Juniors in 2009/10 .

In 2010, Schaaf left the youth due to age and initially played in the second team of Herford SV in the Westphalia League . After the relegation of the first team from the Bundesliga, it was used in the Bundesliga Cup in 2011 . She has been part of the first team's squad since the 2011/12 season and played 62 games in the 2nd Bundesliga in three seasons . In 2014 she was promoted to the women's Bundesliga with Herford SV and was used there for the first time on the third match day on September 21, 2014.

Schaaf is moving to Arminia Bielefeld for the 2018/19 season .
