Friedhelm Baukloh

Friedhelm Baukloh (born September 12, 1927 in Dortmund ; † December 1, 1970 there ) was a German writer and journalist .

Life

Baukloh's career began after the Second World War with the municipal theaters in Dortmund. Until 1947 he worked here as a dramaturgy assistant. In 1949 he began his journalistic activity as a trainee at the Europa-Kurier in Aachen. In 1951 Friedhelm Baukloh became a cultural policy employee at the weekly magazine Das Freie Wort . Between 1953 and 1964 he worked for Echo der Zeit in Recklinghausen, while at the same time he worked as a lecturer for the Paulus Verlag there .

In 1964 Friedhelm Baukloh became editor of the weekly magazine Der Spiegel in Hamburg. In 1970 he worked as editor of the journal Kritischer Katholizismus in Cologne.

Baukloh wrote under numerous pseudonyms such as Lisa Dechène, Kurt Kandler, Anton Kiepenhäuer, Lektor, LR, Josef Oertgen, Carl Georg Opitz, Helmut Pötter, Dr. Günther Schreiber, Claus Wolf.
