Friedrich ax

Friedrich Axt (born December 2, 1870 in Elsheim (Bingen district), † October 9, 1947 in Darmstadt ) was a Hessian politician ( People's Rights Party ) and a member of the state parliament of the People's State of Hesse .

family

Friedrich Axt was the son of the farmer Friedrich Axt and his wife Katharina Axt, née Kleemann. He married Emma Axt, née Breitwieser , on August 22, 1901 in Ober-Ramstadt .

education and profession

After studying theology , Axt became a Protestant pastor in Mommenheim and later in Mainz . He also worked as a teacher, became a senior teacher and later a professor at the Liebig secondary school in Darmstadt .

politics

Between 1927 and 1931, Friedrich Axt was a member of the Landtag of the People's State of Hesse for the People's Rights Party .
