Friedrich Bender (politician)

Friedrich Bender (born November 15, 1826 in Korbach , † April 5, 1908 in Nieder-Waroldern ) was a German economist and politician .

Bender was the son of the teacher Wilhelm Bender and his wife Henriette nee Köhler. He married Caroline Graf from Leferinghausen on September 19, 1852 in Nieder-Waroldern. He was an economist, mayor and district appraiser in Nieder-Waroldern. From 1860 to 1878 and again from 1884 to 1905 he was a member of the state parliament of the Principality of Waldeck-Pyrmont . He was elected for the constituency of the district of Twiste .
