Friedrich Cranz

Friedrich Cranz (born October 23, 1792 in Dillich near Homberg (Efze) , † 1840 in Kirchhain ) was a German administrative officer.

Life

Friedrich Cranz studied law at the Philipps University of Marburg . He was a member of the Corps Hassia Marburg. After completing his studies, he became an administrative officer in the Hesse region. As district secretary of the Eschwege district office , he received the vacant post of the district councilor of the Homberg district office in 1824 . Around 1833 he moved to the Kirchhain district as a district councilor , where from 1835 he held the official title of district administrator instead of district administrator . He held the office until 1840.
