Friedrich Gottmann

Friedrich Gottmann (born February 10, 1802 , † December 2, 1861 in Wellen ) was a German teacher and politician .

Gottmann was the son of the school teacher Johannes Gottmann. On November 3, 1833, he married the widow Anna Katharine Schäfer nee Ritter in Wellen. He was a teacher in Dehringhausen and later in Wellen. From 1848 to 1849 he was a member of the Landtag of the Principality of Waldeck-Pyrmont for the 2nd rural constituency and from 1849 to 1852 for the 1st constituency .
