Heinrich Friedrich Wilhelm Homann (born March 30, 1891 in Bröderhausen , † September 9, 1937 in Bad Lippspringe ) was a German politician ( NSDAP ).

After attending elementary school in Schnathorst, Homann worked on his parents' farm for two years. He learned the mason trade from 1907 to 1910 and worked in this profession after passing his social examination. From 1911 to 1913 he was a member of the imperial army. After participating in the First World War from 1914 to 1918, Homann was in the hospital service as a sergeant and police sergeant until 1921. He then worked from September 1921 to August 1925 as a tax supervisor and enforcement officer at the Bielefeld tax office . From September 1925, Homann was the magazine manager at the Ravensberger Spinnerei Bielefeld.

After joining the NSDAP in March 1923 and the party being banned six months later, he belonged to the Völkisch-Soziale Block . After re-founding the party, he rejoined the NSDAP in May 1925 ( membership number 16.132). He was then, with interruptions, the party's local group leader in Bielefeld until the end of 1928 and NSDAP district leader in Bielefeld from June 1925 to September 1932. He was also SA leader from 1924 to 1928 . After an unsuccessful candidacy for the Prussian state election in May 1928, Homann became a city councilor in Bielefeld in November 1929 and an honorary city councilor there in March 1933. From September 1930 until his death in September 1937 Homann was a member of the Reichstag as a member of constituency 17 (North Westphalia).

In the Gau Westfalen Nord, Homann was Gau Propaganda Leader from August 1931 to January 1934, from the beginning of October 1932 to 1937 also Gau Inspector and from the beginning of April 1933 Gau leader Alfred Meyer's confidante in the government in Minden . On April 1, 1934, Homann was appointed District Administrator of the Paderborn district , initially on a provisional basis and one year later, definitively. He held the district office until his death.
