Friedrich Jungblut (General Physician)

Friedrich Jungblut (born August 25, 1876 in Sankt Goar , † February 28, 1946 in Torgau ) was a German medical officer.

Life

Jungblut studied medicine at the Medical and Surgical Friedrich Wilhelms Institute . He joined the Pépinière-Corps Franconia (1897) and Saxonia (1907). In 1903 he was at the Friedrich-Wilhelms University in Berlin to Dr. med. PhD. In the Reichswehr he was on 1 February 1923 General senior physician and 1926 Surgeon General transported. As a division doctor of the 2nd Cavalry Division (Reichswehr) , he retired in 1928. From June 26, 1939, he initially worked as an electronic officer at the Central Archives for Military Medicine. During the Second World War he was accepted into active employment on April 1, 1941 and finally retired on October 31, 1942. Most recently, Jungblut acted as group leader II of the Department of Science and Health Management in the Army Medical Inspection (SIn / WiG). Abducted by the Red Army after the end of the war , he died at the age of 70 in special camps No. 8 and No. 10 in Torgau .
