Friedrich Kreibaum (born February 14, 1903 in Bisperode ; † August 21, 1983 in Hameln ) was a German lawyer , businessman and politician ( FDP ). From 1975 to 1976 he was a member of the German Bundestag .

Life

After attending a private school and a grammar school, Kreibaum studied law at the University of Göttingen . He passed the assessor examination and received his doctorate in law in 1929 on the subject of the boundaries between justice and administration in the Free State of Braunschweig . Until 1933, when he was dismissed from civil service for political reasons, he worked as a court assessor. He then worked as a lawyer until 1937, then switched to the private sector and became commercial manager of an industrial company. Later he was an independent furniture manufacturer in Bad Münder am Deister .

Kreibaum joined the FDP in 1968. He was chairman of the regional arbitration court and chairman of the regional committee for economic policy of the FDP Lower Saxony .

Kreibaum was a member of the German Bundestag from December 15, 1975, when he replaced the deceased Member of Parliament Carlo Graaff , until 1976. He was drawn into parliament via the state list of the FDP Lower Saxony. From January 1976 until the end of the legislative period he was a member of the Defense Committee of the Bundestag.
