Friedrich Oegg

Friedrich Oegg (born May 8, 1870 in Lohr am Main , † 1959 ) was the first president of the Reich Labor Court .

Life

He was the son of a Catholic district judge. First he worked in his Franconian home region: 1892 legal intern at the Würzburg district court , 1898 III. Public prosecutor at the district court of Aschaffenburg , 1899 district judge at the district court of Würzburg, 1901 public prosecutor at the district court of Würzburg and the last from 1904 to 1911 councilor at the district court of Würzburg. In 1911 he was appointed a councilor at the Munich Higher Regional Court and then immediately started working as an assistant judge at the Reich Court in Leipzig. In 1913 he was appointed Reich judge , President of the Senate in 1925. On July 1, 1927 he also became the first President of the Reich Labor Court. He retired on April 1, 1937. He was reactivated as a civil servant on revocation from October 16, 1939 to May 31, 1942.
