Friedrich Wilhelm Schütz von Holzhausen

Friedrich Wilhelm Freiherr Schütz von Holzhausen (born March 29, 1805 in Camberg ; † January 12, 1866 there ) was a Nassau court official and parliamentarian.

Life

Born as the son of the Nassau Chamber of Accounts President Friedrich August Schütz von Holzhausen , Friedrich Wilhelm Schütz von Holzhausen attended high school in Wiesbaden . He then studied at the Albert-Ludwigs-University of Freiburg and the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-University Bonn Law . In 1821 he became a member of the Corps Rhenania Bonn . In 1831 he was appointed chamberlain of Nassau . From 1831 to 1832 he was a representative of Prince Friedrich von Nassau and from 1832 to 1847 as an elected member of the Nassauer Herrenbank, the first chamber of the estates of the Duchy of Nassau . From 1855 until his death he was a hereditary member of the First Chamber of the restored estates of the Duchy of Nassau. In 1864 and 1865 he was represented in the Chamber by Carl Großmann .
