Fritz Paschold (born March 26, 1888 in Sömmerda ; † June 25, 1972 in Eberbach ) was a German politician ( NSDAP ).

Live and act

After attending primary school , Fritz Paschold was trained at the commercial college in Coburg . Later he worked in the construction and telephone service of the Reichspost . From 1908 to 1910 Paschold was a member of the Kurhessisches Pioneer Battalion 11. From August 11, 1914 to December 1918, Paschold took part in the First World War.

In May 1924 Paschold joined the NSDAP according to his own statements in the Reichstag Handbuch. In November 1928, Paschold took over his first public office when he was appointed city councilor in Sonneberg , Thuringia . Four years later, in August 1932, he was elected as a member of the Thuringian state parliament.

From November 1933 until the end of Nazi rule in spring 1945, Paschold was a member of the National Socialist Reichstag as a member of constituency 12 (Thuringia).

In the Sturmabteilung (SA), the paramilitary arm of the Nazi movement, Paschold had held the rank of Standartenführer since 1930, the rank of SA Oberführer since November 9, 1934 and the rank of SA Brigade Leader since November 9, 1937 . In addition, he held the position of head of the court and legal department of the SA Group Thuringia.
