Fritz Rolf Baur

Fritz Rolf Baur (born October 17, 1945 in Amsterdam ) is a German municipal electoral officer and a former local politician. D. ( SPD ).

From April 2007 he was first regional councilor and treasurer at the Westphalia-Lippe Regional Association (LWL) and at the same time general representative of the Director of the Regional Association . In October 2009 he was also elected to the Münster City Council, where he was chairman of the finance committee and left the council at the end of the election period in mid-2014.

Baur grew up in Bad Oeynhausen . After graduating from high school and the subsequent military service , he began his law studies at the WWU Münster in 1969 , which he completed with the First State Examination in 1974 and in 1984 with the subject of penal measures in a psychiatric hospital and in a rehab facility, §§ 63, 64 StGB for Dr . jur. PhD.

After completing his legal clerkship , he began his professional career in 1978 at the Landschaftsverband Westfalen-Lippe. Baur held numerous positions within the association and was first elected social affairs officer of the Westphalia-Lippe Regional Association in 1993 (re-election 2001). He held this office until he was elected First National Councilor and Chamberlain in 2007; in November 2010 he retired.

From 1997 to 2008, Baur was chairman of the federal working group of supra-local social assistance providers (BAGüS). He has been honorary chairman of the BAGüS since 2008. Since 2011, Baur has been chairman of the Federal Working Group on Inclusion Firms (bag if), which represents the interests of around one thousand inclusion firms (formerly: Integration Firms). On November 14, 2015, Baur was elected President of the DRK Regional Association Westphalia-Lippe eV at the DRK state assembly in Paderborn - Neuhaus Castle .

Baur is the author of numerous, mostly social-legal publications and editor of Mergler / zinc - Commission basic security and social assistance and co-editor of the of Kohlhammer laid SGB IX comment with and co-author of Heinz Kammeier published work forensic law .
