Life
Stelzer studied at the Württemberg State School of Applied Arts in Stuttgart under FH Ernst Schneidler . His fellow students included HAP Grieshaber , Eberhard Koebel and Erich Mönch . After the ban on free youth associations in 1933/34, Stelzer mainly worked for Catholic youth publications, such as the youth magazine Die Wacht and the Herder publishing house . In August 1937, Stelzer designed a letterhead emblem for Hans Scholl .
